Hello, welcome to my blog "Evil Never Sleeps"! Some of you may know where the name came from and some of you may not, so I'll clarify. Evil Never Sleeps is a song written and performed by my band Above Only. We wrote this song with our good friend Ben Kasica who was the guitar player for the band Skillet for about 10 years. We've had great success with the song, reaching the top 10 Billboard chart (Christian Rock) and airtime on dozens of radio and internet stations around the country and even expanding into other countries such as Australia, Spain, Belarus, Canada, Japan, etc. You can also hear the song on Pandora Radio, Spotify and iHeartRadio. Anyway, this blog isn't about promoting the song or even my band really (but feel free to support) it's a blog about every day experiences and perceptions. I'm talking about good stuff, bad stuff, important stuff, not so important stuff, personal stuff, spiritual stuff, you get the point. Of course this blog could evolve into something else like a blog about cooking with lentil, catfish farming, or even pole dancing for the slightly obese, who really knows? But for now it's just about "stuff" and it's general purpose is to amuse myself.
At any point feel free to chime in with a comment of your own. I welcome the insight of the masses but I'm likely to disagree with you if you're part of "the masses" simply because "the masses" are usually wrong. :) How will I know if you're part of "the masses"? That's easy, you'll probably say something that makes no sense or is riddled with only half truths, or you may just tell me to burn in hell. At that point I'll laugh and nod saying "yep, he/she is one of "the masses". My point is, please comment with your opinions and feedback and I'll try to receive it with a smile and and open mind.
